In preparation for Small Business Saturday on November 25th, the City of New Ulm is celebrating the local small businesses in the area. The New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Small Business Owners Group, has organized a day-long event to showcase and support these businesses.
A flyer or list of participating businesses will be made available by the Chamber of Commerce, offering special deals or incentives for local shoppers. Additionally, popular character The Grinch will be making appearances at select participating businesses between the hours of 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
The New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce represents over 340 businesses in the city, including retailers, professional services, and employers. A list of participating businesses will be accessible online, on social media, and in The Journal.
