The outfield positions have undergone some changes since the last rankings were released. James Wood has moved up to 53rd after improving his strikeout rates from Double-A to Triple-A. While his power potential is promising, concerns remain about his contact ability in the majors and his average might be an initial issue. Heliot Ramos has fallen to 55th due to recent performance, despite his impressive exit velocity. Struggles with xwOBA and strikeouts are concerning, and his power potential in San Francisco is hindered by the tough environment and limited speed.

Garrett Mitchell is back from injury but playing time remains uncertain as the Brewers have not made room for him in the regular lineup yet. With competition from other outfielders, Mitchell’s fantasy potential may not be fully realized immediately. Chas McCormick and Joey Loperfido are ranked at 70th and 87th respectively. Despite McCormick’s recent xwOBA success, his playing time has been limited by the Astros due to competition from other outfielders like Yuli Gurriel or Jose Altuve who are also playing in center field occasionally or designated hitter position sometimes. Consistency in lineup decisions is needed for these players to reach their full fantasy potential.
