Graduation Ceremonies Moved to UW Oshkosh Kolf Sports Center Amidst Uncertainty at Oshkosh Arena

The graduation ceremonies for Oshkosh North and West high schools will take place on May 25 at the UW Oshkosh Kolf Sports Center. The ceremony for Oshkosh West will begin at 10 a.m., followed by Oshkosh North’s ceremony at 4 p.m. Despite the change in location, the dates and times of the ceremonies remain the same.

The decision to move the ceremonies to the Kolf Sports Center was made due to uncertainty surrounding the Oshkosh Arena. Oshkosh Area School District Superintendent Bryan Davis expressed gratitude to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh for their partnership and support in hosting the ceremonies. The goal is to provide graduates with a memorable celebration, and the relocation to the Kolf Sports Center will allow the ceremonies to proceed seamlessly as scheduled.

The sale of Oshkosh Arena earlier this year created uncertainty about its future, prompting the decision to relocate the graduation ceremonies.
