Maj. Kimberly Forsythe, mental health officer in charge at 66th MDS Hanscom Clinic in Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, received the Special Achievement Award. Col. Craig Keyes, chief of staff and deputy director at Defense Health Network — National Capital Region in Bethesda, Md., was honored with the Award for Excellence.
