Amflow, a leading eMTB manufacturer, has partnered with DJI to launch the new Amflow PL. This bike is an ultra-lightweight carbon fiber frame that weighs just 2.27 kg, making it perfect for riders who want the ultimate experience. The Amflow PL can accommodate both 27.5″ and 29″ wheels, providing flexibility in terms of terrain and style.
The bike features an OLED touch screen with a two-inch color display that can be adjusted via Bluetooth with a mobile phone. It also includes a four-bar mechanism that reduces pedal kickback and improves pedaling efficiency. Additionally, the bike has a rear shock absorber developed in collaboration with FOX that offers bottom-out assistance to prevent bottoming out during high-speed impacts or steep descents.
The Avinox Drive System by DJI powers the Amflow PL, offering lightweight battery options with high energy density. It provides torque of 105 Nm and four standard assistance modes: Auto, Eco, Trail, and Turbo. The system automatically adjusts assistance based on pedaling resistance and features a Boost mode for tackling steep slopes with ease.
The Amflow PL will be available in the fourth quarter of 2024 through distributors in Germany, the UK, Australia, and other countries. The Avinox Drive System will also be available at that time alongside other products such as Acer at the Eurobike 2024 mobility fair in Frankfurt (Germany).
