After consultation with medical professionals, the doctor decided to transfer the child to Hanoi for intensive burn treatment.

Do not apply water, mud or herbal medicine to the burn as it can make it worse.
In case of a high-voltage line, avoid attempting to remove anyone from the wire until the power is turned off first. When providing first aid for electric shock incidents ensure that the victim is in a well-ventilated and quiet place. Wear insulated gloves and stand on an insulating object while assisting them without touching them directly. Transfer them promptly to a medical facility for further treatment.
