British Journalists Squeeze for Answers on King Charles’ Health as Officials Stay Mum

The question of King Charles’ health is a topic that has been buzzing in British society and the corridors of power. However, no one is willing to ask it directly. According to some British tabloids, things are not going well for the sovereign, and he is much worse off than his staff suggests.

In an article today, The Daily Beast discusses this issue and how Charles is reportedly not reacting well to anti-tumor treatments. Buckingham Palace has already made changes to the official protocol for the sovereign’s funeral, known as “Menai Bridge.” Insiders claim that the situation has worsened, with an old family friend telling The Daily Beast that Charles is really very sick. Despite optimism among everyone close to him, it seems like more than they let on.

Additionally, there are reports circulating in Whitehall about a document examining what went right after the Queen’s funeral and what could be improved for the next monarch’s funeral. The Cabinet Office refuses to comment on claims that the Operation Menia Bridge document (Charles’ funeral plan) is regularly updated. They emphasize that not commenting on such plans is routine.
