The British government’s stance towards Israel has undergone a significant shift following the October 7 terrorist attack. Just days after the attack, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak arrived in Israel, bringing weapons and military equipment for the IDF in a transport plane. He declared “unlimited support for Israel in the face of evil.” However, six months later, the British government’s promises have dwindled, with threats of imposing an arms embargo on Israel if it invades Rafah.
