Memorial Health System Presents Women’s History Month Panel Discussing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Memorial Health System in Gulfport, Mississippi held a significant discussion as part of its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) program to close out Women’s History Month. The panel discussion held on Tuesday morning focused on the national theme of women advocating for equity, diversity, and inclusion. Erin Rosetti, Communications Manager at Memorial Health System, highlighted the impact of implicit bias and emphasized the importance of listening and understanding others’ experiences to create a healthier community and establish better relationships.

The panel included Chief Nursing Officer Mary Brobst, Director of Patient Financial Services Crystal Bowler, Healthcare Accreditation Coordinator Lucinda L’Enfant, and Family Nurse Practitioner Diane Edrington. This marked the third year the panel was held, with Rosetti expressing excitement about the program’s expansion.
