Former Defense Minister Marijo Banožić is making progress in his recovery, as he has been moved from the Intensive Care Unit to the Neurosurgery Clinic for further treatment. KBC Osijek announced this improvement, and reports from HRT confirm it. According to Croatian law, Banožić has eight days to activate his parliamentary mandate after being dismissed. His lawyer submitted a request on his behalf to activate the mandate, as well as requesting that it be put on hold and that the 6+6 privilege be activated. This means that Banožić will receive full payment of his official salary for the next six months, followed by half payment for the following six months.
