On Monday, February 19, from 1-6 pm, Aspirus Health is hosting a multi-site hiring event at four hospital locations across Wisconsin. The in-person hiring events offer attendees the opportunity to learn about current openings, organizational culture, and job requirements directly from the local recruitment team and managers. For some positions, there are same-day interviews, and if qualified, job offers that day.
Job seekers can learn about careers in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Ultrasound Technologist, Food Service, Housekeeping, CNAs, Surgical Technologist, Accounting, Customer Service, IT and many more. Attendees do not need an appointment or resume to participate. “Being in-person gives people the chance to come in and learn,” said Natasha Wetterau, Director of System Talent Management at Aspirus Health. “You really get the opportunity to highlight who you are and bring forth your personal story to help find the right job match for you.”
Aspirus Health wants to connect with a wider variety of people by having events in multiple locations. Even if someone isn’t quite ready to make a change yet, they can talk to Aspirus Health about career mobility and receive information about what might be available at another location or new role. By offering on-the-job training for many positions and recognizing that wanting to bring your best every day is the most important qualification for most roles across the system.
