Amman Valley School in Carmarthenshire has been rocked by a stabbing incident involving three victims, including two teachers and a student. The 13-year-old girl responsible for the stabbings has been charged with attempted murder, while a 15-year-old boy was also arrested on suspicion of making threats related to the incident.
The victims have since been discharged from the hospital, and Principal James Durbridge expressed his concern for their well-being, thanking staff and students for their response to the incident on what he described as “a particularly difficult day.” The school, which has approximately 1,500 students aged between 11 and 18, went into lockdown following the incident.
