Alma Media has finalized its change negotiations for the centralized advertising sales and digital advertising development organization, resulting in a reduction of 28 personnel years. The majority of reductions were achieved through separation agreements, while eight people were able to find new positions due to job description changes. Initially, a maximum reduction of 38 person-years was announced at the start of the negotiations.
The negotiations impacted the entire operation of Alma Media solutions, with the exception of Netello. The reductions targeted various personnel groups within Alma Media solutions and included reorganization, changes to work processes, and the adoption of automation to enhance operational efficiency.
